Ever since Globacom introduced her first ever Andriod devices, alot of mobile telecommuncation companies have not stopped contributing there own quota to the mobile world. About one month ago, i received a text message from MTN requesting me to purchase there Andriod phone for as low as eight thousand naira only. I ignored the message and had to move on paying more attention to other interesting things. A step further and MTN broke loose the information on Africa Magic entertainment with some outstanding features tied to the phone and that was when my interest to fiddle with the MTN andriod phone came into play.

It is confirmed that Sm@rt Mini S620 will run on Android 4.2 Jellybean wand sport a 3.5” HVGA LCD display.

Some of the interesting things about the MTN mobile phone  includes:

-- Installation of Andriod Apps

--Ability to ping, chat and Whatsapp via the social media

--Play interesting games such as Temple run and a host of others

--Wifi Tethering, bluetooth file transfer and flashshare.

Here are some of the Specifications and Features of the MTN Andriod Device
  • Operating System – Android 4.2
  • Processor – 1GHZ
  • Battery – 1,300mAH
  • Display – 3.5” HVGA LCD
  • Camera – Front/Rear with Flashlight
  • SIM – Dual SIM (Mini-SIM)
  • Data – HSPA+/WiFi/Bluetooth/USB
  • Memory – 4GB, 512RAM
  • External Memory – microSD, up to 32 GB
  • FM Radio – Yes

Now there is one flaw to this, as per the time of writing this post, i am yet to confirm if this Andriod device runs on a dual Sim or not. And if it does'nt, then MTN Sim may be the only Sim that will be functional on the mobile phone since it is customized to be used by the Network carrier.

Have you used the MTN Andriod phone? how do you see it? let me know your view about the mobile phone via the comment box provided for you below. I love listening when someone is talking. I'm done talking; Over to you.
